- class service and unforgettable guest experiences. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence locally and internationally.
Your Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client relationships, generating new sales opportunities, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals. Your focus will be on developing both corporate and embassy accounts, identifying new business streams, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Building Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities
- Collaborate with
- property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are aligned, complementary, and
- duplicative. - Strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, and more.
- Develop connections within the local community to expand the customer base.
- Grow corporate business from local and global accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and enhance embassy relationships, fostering
- term partnerships. - Proactively identify, qualify, and convert group and catering leads into confirmed business, preparing tailored proposals and presentations.
- Work closely with Sales, Events, and Revenue teams to create strategic account plans and ensure smooth handovers to operations.
Using Market Knowledge to Maximize Revenue
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions to strategically position the hotel.
- Close the best opportunities based on market conditions and property needs.
- Understand target customer profiles and service expectations to provide tailored solutions.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Support Hyatt’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty through exceptional service.
- Manage accounts to increase market share.
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Serve as a role model for guest relations and gather feedback to improve service.
Sales-Related Activities
- Organize and facilitate internal and external client events.
- Conduct and host site inspections.
- Collaborate with all departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Follow up on business leads and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Support the Special Corporate Sales Executive/Manager with system updates, client communications, and account management tasks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong
- building and negotiation skills. - Excellent knowledge of local and international corporate markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
- paced environment. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
