Purpose of the Role
To deliver responsive, best‑in‑class sales and administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring that every partner inquiry—from first contact through to post‑delivery follow‑up—is handled accurately and on time. The successful candidate will become a product advocate across all Vox solutions, helping drive revenue growth, partner satisfaction and operational excellence in Portugal.
- New Business Generation – Drive acquisition of new partners and accounts across the Portuguese travel market.
- Client Retention and upsell – Proactively nurture existing relationships, identify growth opportunities and upsell the full Vox solutions portfolio.
- Revenue Target Delivery – Own a personal sales target; maintain a high‑quality pipeline, track against monthly/quarterly forecasts and take corrective actions to guarantee target attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quotation and
Proposal Management – Prepare and issue quotations, and commercial proposals for the complete Vox portfolio, tailoring technical and commercial details to client needs. - Partner Communication – Act as a primary point of contact for Portuguese‑speaking trade partners, distributors and end‑clients; escalate complex queries where applicable to the MD in Spain, or to relevantaccount managers in Rome HQ
- Product Demonstrations – Schedule and host virtual/in-person demos of systems such as Vox VDR radios or POPGuide CMS; support on‑site trials when required.
- CRM and Reporting – Maintain accurate pipeline, quotation and activity data; generate periodic sales‑performance and forecast reports for management.
- Marketing and Local Support – Adapt global sales decks, case studies and collateral for the Portuguese market; contribute insights on local competitor activity.
- Event Support – Assist with preparation for trade fairs, fam‑trips, and webinars; andrepresent Vox Group at industry events and roadshows.
- After‑Sales Care – Gather partner feedback to feed continuous‑improvement loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1‑3 years’ experience in sales and tourism
- Native‑level Portuguese and professional English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e. g. Salesforce, Hub
Spot) and MS Office/Google Workspace; comfortable learning new digital tools quickly. - Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, partner‑centric mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrable sales success within travel, tourism, attractions or related sector categories
