We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive our market expansion and secure preorders. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, interior designers, and ceramic retailers. Generate leads, pitch products, and secure preorders for ceramic tiles. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs. Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Work closely with management to align sales strategies with business goals. Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and potential product demand. Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, civil engineering, or the construction industry. Required Skills
Strong network and connections with construction firms, interior designers, and retailers. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Preferred Skills
