Your mission:
As a Graduate Demand Planner, you will support the forecasting process by working with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning. Your role helps improve
- making through data analysis, collaboration, and continuous process improvement within a dynamic and
- functional environment.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- Support the Demand Planning team by preparing and updating key data that helps forecast product needs.
- Help review and adjust sales forecasts based on market trends, sales team input, and promotional activities.
- Learn to work with demand planning tools by loading product hierarchies and checking data accuracy.
- Join regular meetings with the Sales Organized Trade (managing supermarkets, hypermarkets, retailers, etc. ) team to understand customer needs and how they impact demand.
- Assist in analyzing customer promotions and how they influence product volumes and planning.
- Collaborate with teams like Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on forecast plans and next steps.
- Help identify and explain differences between forecasted and actual sales, contributing to improvement ideas.
- Share weekly insights on channel and market performance with the broader team.
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with solid Excel knowledge.
- Interest in Supply Chain and understanding of how data impacts business decisions.
- Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve processes, and solve problems independently.
