Your mission: As a Graduate Demand Planner, you will support the forecasting process by working with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate demand planning. Your role involves data analysis, collaboration, and process improvement within a dynamic,
- functional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Demand Planning team by preparing and updating key data for product forecasts.
• Review and adjust sales forecasts based on market trends, sales input, and promotions.
• Learn to use demand planning tools, load product hierarchies, and check data accuracy.
• Participate in meetings with the Sales Organized Trade team to understand customer needs and demand impacts.
• Analyze customer promotions and their influence on product volumes and planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align forecast plans.
• Identify and explain differences between forecasted and actual sales, suggesting improvements.
• Share weekly insights on channel and market performance with the team.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with solid Excel knowledge.
• Interest in Supply Chain and

• Team player with good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, eager to learn, improve, and solve problems independently.
