Objectives:
Lead and develop the three core areas of the Sales Hub:
- Pricing & Products
- Sales Metrics & Data
- Sales Academy (Dealers and Internal)
Drive performance through strategic vision, analytical insight, and transformational leadership.
Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge empowerment across all Sales Hub domains.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the three functional areas within the Sales Hub, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Designing and implementing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and data‐driven decision‐making.
- Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable strategies and compelling business narratives.
- Developing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales soft skills, and alignment with Brand and SIVA strategies—ensuring knowledge becomes a cornerstone of performance.
We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management roles.
- Relevant experience in Financial Services and/or the Automotive Industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell stories through data.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and a results‐oriented mindset.
- High level of proactivity, innovation, and adaptability in a fast‐paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills for effective global collaboration.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data tools, and experience working in Agile environments (preferred but not mandatory).
