We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive our commercial strategy and expand our global network of travel partners.
This is a pivotal role in positioning New
Image as Portugal’s leading DMC for luxury adventure and experiential travel.
The ideal candidate is a connector — someone with deep relationships in the global luxury travel trade, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to represent the brand with confidence, passion, and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with premium travel agencies, international tour operators, and luxury DMC partners, focusing on North America, Brazil, and other strategic outbound markets.
- Develop B2B partnerships with
- end hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands to create integrated destination experiences. - Negotiate and formalize partnership and distribution agreements with service providers and brand collaborators.
- Present and sell New
Image expedition programs and destination experiences, emphasizing exclusivity, storytelling, and authenticity. - Prepare tailored commercial proposals for private groups, UHNWIs, incentive travel, and niche experiential markets.
- Represent the brand at international trade shows, B2B events, and curated networking gatherings.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and evolving client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales materials, joint campaigns, and B2B communications.
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within luxury travel, hospitality, or DMC environments.
- Strong understanding of the global travel trade ecosystem, particularly luxury agencies and tour operators.
- Excellent
- building and negotiation skills, with an established professional network. - Passion for travel, adventure, and authentic local experiences.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally to meet partners and attend events.
- Entrepreneurial and
- oriented mindset, with autonomy and strategic vision. - Active network within the global luxury travel trade (Virtuoso, Traveller Made, Signature, etc. ).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, B2B digital tools, and
- driven sales strategies. - Understanding of hospitality partnerships, MICE, and experiential marketing.
