Your contribution to something big:

Your primary responsibility is to increase market share within the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) business in Europe by executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying key target accounts, building a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

• Develop programs and sales strategies for EMS clients in Europe to convert, promote, and consolidate EMS business at Bosch;
• Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve goals and metrics outlined by the business unit;
• Identify and target key accounts within the EMS sector;
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate sales forecasts;
• Draft contracts, schedule and place orders, develop presentations, and perform other duties that support growth in EMS market and sales volume.

What distinguishes you:

• College/University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Electronics, or related fields;
• 6+ years of relevant experience managing partners and customers;
• Experience in electronics manufacturing value streams preferred;
• At least 2-3 years of sales and project management experience in the automotive EMS industry;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills;
• Willingness to travel for business.
