Sales Manager Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) (f/m/div.) Braga

• Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for EMS Clients within Europe with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate EMS Business at Bosch;
• Build stakeholders management to achieve assigned goals and metrics outlined by the business unit;
• Proactively identify and target key accounts within the EMS sector;
• Create a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue.
• Responsibilities includes, drafting contracts, scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other duties that contribute to a collaborative approach to growing the EMS market and sales volume.

O teu perfil

What Distinguishes You:

• College/University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field;
• 6+ years of relevant experience managing partners, and customers
• Value stream experience in electronics manufacturing preferred;
• Experience in sales & project management, thereof at least 2~3 years experience in automotive EMS industry;
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities.
• Availably for business travels
