We are currently looking for a
- time Sales Manager to join our
- site team in Lisbon.

As an Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our success through strategic partnerships on international area. You’ll collaborate with industry experts and work with
- edge technology, all while contributing to a culture that values professional growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

1. Development of international sales:
   • Finding and attracting new distributors in key markets (Western Europe).
   • Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with partners.
   • Managing partner relationships
2. Strategy and analysis:
   • Analysis of target markets, competitors and customer needs.
   • To develop business proposals that are specific to each market.
3. Reporting and KPI Compliance:
   • Preparation of reports on sales, execution of plans and forecasting.
   • Meet the established sales and customer engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in international sales 3+ years (Western Europe), preferably in HVAC or home appliances obligatorily
• Fluent in English (Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued)
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation not provided)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings, readiness for business trips
• Experience working within international organization / group desirable
