Role Description

This is a
- time hybrid role for a Gestor Comercial Inbound, located in Lisbon with some work from home flexibility.

The Gestor Comercial Inbound will be responsible for managing inbound sales inquiries, assisting clients through the sales process, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing detailed service information, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with the painting team to coordinate project timelines.

Qualifications

• Top Closer
• 2-5 years experience in sales (real estate, insurance, remodeling or other
  - based services)
• CRM expert
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus
• Previous experience in the painting or home improvement industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

What we Offer

• 15k€ to 20k€ annual gross salary
• 5-10% commission per job closed (20k€ per month average)
