Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our fuel sales across Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, building new business opportunities, and ensuring strong sales growth in diesel (10ppm) and gasoline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow fuel sales across existing and new customer bases.
• Build and maintain strong
  - term relationships with clients in the oil and gas downstream sector.
• Liaise with our marketing company to align sales activities with promotional campaigns and branding.
• Provide customers with competitive pricing and reliable supply solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent service across Portugal.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new markets, including future products such as
  - diesel.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and deliver against set targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the oil & gas downstream sector (diesel, gasoline, or related products).
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Solid knowledge of the Portuguese energy/fuel market is highly desirable.
