Sales manager Lisboa

BAUF is a brand specialising in the production and distribution of
- quality climate control systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps.

We focus on providing reliable and
- efficient solutions designed to meet the needs of both residential and commercial customers.

We are currently looking for a
- time Sales Manager to join our
- site team in Lisbon.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our success through strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with industry experts and work with
- edge technology, contributing to a culture that values professional growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Deliver product demonstrations of BAUF systems.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the HVAC sector.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and customer needs.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in international organisations is a plus.
