About the Role

Leisure Launch Group — home to Portugal Realty and Imo Portugal — is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales and telesales teams at our Alcobaça headquarters.

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced sales leader who can bring structure, energy, and inspiration to a team that serves international clients across multiple brands.

Real estate experience is not essential, but a strong background in sales leadership, motivation, and performance management is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales and telesales teams across Portugal Realty and Imo Portugal.
• Drive sales performance through clear targets, structure, and accountability.
• Train and develop team members to achieve personal and group goals.
• Collaborate with directors to define sales strategies and monitor results.
• Use technology and CRM systems to manage leads and track performance.
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and a positive,

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing and motivating successful sales teams.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Well-trained in sales and leadership, with strong communication skills.
