We are seeking a Sales Expert to join our international team based in Porto. The successful candidate will contribute to our company's growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Responsibilities include developing business opportunities, expanding our footprint, and achieving revenue targets within our services portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with European customers to drive business growth.
- Lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts, achieving revenue targets through strategic engagement and consulting.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key executives to foster
- term partnerships and support business transformation, emphasizing our offerings as a competitive advantage. - Define and implement client strategies aligned with our strategic vision and digital transformation goals.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee commercial policies and action plans for designated clients.
- Leverage market analysis and industry insights to drive business growth and secure contracts.
- Promote our service portfolio to prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate the drafting of commercial and technical offers in collaboration with
- sales and operational teams. - Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate offers and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Utilize the company's CRM system daily to organize activities and set priorities.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through regular engagement and
- site relationships. - Participate in trade shows, conferences, and external events to enhance company visibility and reputation.
Desired Profile and Skills
- Knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation.
- Understanding of MES/MOM, supply chain management, and digital manufacturing.
- Strong industry portfolio knowledge and market awareness.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Mobility to work across different group locations.
- Seeking new career perspectives.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; Economics background is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years in software solution sales or
- sales.
Languages
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- French language skills are advantageous.
