Sales Manager - Funchal, Madeira

As a Sales Manager in Funchal, Madeira, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed company targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for training and motivating your team to ensure they reach their full potential.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
