We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Managing internal and external customer relationships
2. Developing potential matches between prospect
   - customer needs and Thales’s strengths in products, solutions, capabilities, and contacts
3. Responding to Requests for Proposals, contributing to the commercial aspects, and taking final responsibility for delivery
4. Capturing contracts by proposing winning offers and negotiating profitable agreements
5. Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our professional network and promote our offerings

Requirements:

1. Engineering Degree or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
3. Knowledge and experience in Defence, Security, and Aerospace Domains (preferred)
4. Fluent in Portuguese and English
