Role Description

This is a

The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team, develop strategies to drive sales growth, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key tasks include managing and coaching team members, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the company's market presence in the competitive Portuguese real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals effectively
• Experience in team management, leadership, and coaching for
