We are launching a
gift card agency
in Portugal, aimed to develop the gift card industry
engaging with brands and clients both
B2C (consumers)
and
B2B (corporate)
.
We are working on different projects, one of them being a platform that will offer a curated
assortment of
local and international brands
, with gift cards available for
personal use
,
employee rewards
,
incentive programs
, and
customer loyalty
. For this we are looking for a Sales Manager.
Mission objectives
Support the
-
- market strategy in Portugal
, with two core goals:
- Recruit local brands
to join the platform and distribute their gift card and expand the
consulting to develop their programs.
- Develop a strong B2B client base
through
market education and evangelization
around the use of gift cards for rewards, incentives, and retention.
The initial goal is to encourage companies to connect to the platform
and use it to
purchase and send digital gift cards
to their employees, partners, or customers.
- Assist in the day to day operations of the agency as a project and operations manager.
Profile
- Sales/Business Development experience in Portugal (ideally in
retail, incentives, fintech, or loyalty
). - Strong network among local retailers and/or HR
- makers. - Entrepreneurial, independent, able to work without heavy structure.
