Overview
As part of our growth in Europe, Green
Yellow is seeking a Sales Manager (B2B) for the Portuguese market.
This is a
- on commercial role: although the title is “Manager, ” it does not imply direct team management but rather the ownership and development of a personal client portfolio and accounts.
Reporting directly to the Portuguese Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving Green
Yellow’s business development and energy project delivery in Portugal, working closely with technical and corporate teams for support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze market opportunities to expand Green
Yellow’s presence in Portugal. - Define and implement local business strategy and
- develop the commercial action plan in line with company objectives. - Build a network of partners (business advisors, EPC contractors, and solar PV companies) and grow a strong portfolio of B2B customers.
- Manage and follow up on key accounts, establishing
- term strategic relationships. - Engage proactively with customers, maintaining regular communication and visits.
- Lead the preparation of commercial offers and proposals with support from technical and financial teams, including business plans.
- Represent Green
Yellow in professional events, fairs, and local organizations to strengthen brand presence. - Contribute to the
- term strategy of Green
Yellow Portugal, with the opportunity to develop a small local team as operations grow.
Profile
- 2–3+ years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar PV, or energy efficiency sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Portuguese B2B market landscape in solar PV and related energy solutions.
- Comfortable working with financial models and PPA business plans.
- Excellent
- building skills and a strong professional network. - Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in generating leads and driving opportunities.
- Organized, autonomous, and
- driven. - Languages: Portuguese (native), fluent English; French is a plus.
