We have team members working worldwide, from the Americas, Europe to the Middle East and Asia. We are very adaptive and agile with the team workflow to stay focused and address challenges of remote and strongly distributed team. Communication is vital to us, and we rely heavily on Slack, Google Workspace, Linear, Notion, and Git
Hub to help us stay in sync. Most of the technology we build is free and open source.
This role is a
- time remote position, and you’re free to work from anywhere. Be advised that most team meetings occur between 6:30 am and 10:00 am Pacific Time (UTC-8/-7). If you're applying from a location where these hours are outside your usual working hours, we expect you to adapt to our meeting times.

You will play an integral part of the team, building and closing partnerships for a new De
Fi product - Bolt Liquidity. Phi Labs is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth through direct outreach and partnership development with other Web3 and De
Fi projects. This role is focused on building relationships, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and closing deals that expand Bolt’s reach across protocols, exchanges, and platforms. We’re pushing the boundaries of what's possible and your contribution will be integral and influential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Origination & Closing
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with De
Fi protocols, exchanges, wallets, and other ecosystem players. - Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, discovery, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships with De
- Relationship Building
- Develop strong,
- term relationships with partners and maintain ongoing communication to expand opportunities. - Represent Bolt in community channels, industry events, and Web3 conferences to expand network and visibility.
- Develop strong,
- Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Track progress against KPIs (deals closed, integration growth, pipeline health).
- Market Awareness
- Stay on top of De
Fi, L1/L2, and Web3 trends to identify new partnership opportunities. - Provide feedback from prospects and partners to Product and Growth teams to align roadmap with market needs.

What You Bring
- Strong understanding of De
Fi concepts: liquidity, AMMs, tokenomics,
- chain solutions, and protocol integrations. - Experience in web3, decentralized finance (De
Fi) decentralized applications (dapps) and blockchain principles - 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development , ideally within Web3, De
Fi, or Saa
S. - Proven track record of closing deals and maintaining
- term client/partner relationships. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
comfortable engaging with both technical and
- technical audiences. - Proactive, organized, and
- oriented with experience managing pipelines and hitting targets. - Bonus: prior experience working in a startup or
- first environment;
familiarity with ecosystems such as- Cosmos, SUI, and/or Solana
Compensation
This role includes a competitive salary package consisting of a base salary plus
- target earnings (OTE) tied to closed partnerships and performance metrics .
