Are you looking for a new position where you can support clients and customers while providing customer support regarding inquiries?
Your main tasks include:
- Exceptional consultation of clients regarding any upcoming questions
- Achieving high levels of client satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
If you are employed in sales, your daily routines will include:
- Developing the business environment for sustained growth on the account
- Creating and maintaining relationships within the account to ensure
- term engagement - Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio
- Driving benefits through proactive management
- Tracking, managing, and reporting on sales activity
- Responding to and resolving incoming client or partner calls
If you are employed in customer support, your daily routines will include:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing top interaction within the customer service department
- Actively listening to customers with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Providing solutions to questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media
- Offering troubleshooting for customer issues related to system configurations and network settings
- Collaborating with other departments to redirect cases as needed
- Contributing to the success of your department
- Maintaining brand message consistency regarding product and service quality
- Providing account and application support regarding software functionality
Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:
- Customer-oriented mindset, natural communication skills, and a desire to support customers
- Proactive attitude and team spirit
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (B2 level sufficient)
- Valid school diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Experience or interest in customer service or sales

Regardless of experience, comprehensive training will be provided.
