About this opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Reporting team in Lisbon. This role offers a rare opportunity to have join a strategic function within our Institutional & Wholesale Distribution unit in Lisbon (Oeiras). In this role you will have a central role in supporting our tender process with high profile clients and providing comprehensive business update to our Senior Management.

What you’ll be doing:

• You are calculating and vetting data for our
  - tier prospects looking for bespoke investment products. Especially focusing on the Southern European and LATAM markets
• Produce comprehensive Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting on the state of our business to Senior Management
• Serve as the liaison between Sales and Finance making sure our Sales figures are accurately consolidated especially covering our bespoke products with complex fee structure
• Perform
  - hoc market analysis for our senior management with a focus on the Iberia/LATAM markets
• Leverage development tools and AI to develop automation solutions and increase efficiency of our processes

Your experience and background:

• Have +3 years of experience in similar role;- Have experience in the asset management, knowledge of the South European Market is a plus
• Are patient and determined, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail: This is essential when handling complex
  - sets, ensuring accuracy in analysis, and meeting tight deadlines
• Have effective communication with strong teamwork skills, allowing you to collaborate with different teams across the organization
• Are autonomous and driven to continuously improve processes and workflows, empowering you to take ownership, identify areas for optimization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis
  
  

Strong candidates may have:

• Have excellent
  - solving abilities and a proactive approach to leveraging data and technology, enabling you to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity and
  - drive
  - making
• Good command of SQL and any data oriented language (Python, C#)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. Salesforce)
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a university
