le:We are seeking a EMEA Sales Operations Analyst to drive

- market (GTM) functions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to ensure decision making based on performance drivers and are empowered to take action based on

ts. Your performance goals will be directly tied to the outcomes of the teams you support, making this role highly collaborative,

- oriented. You will leverage data structures and frameworks run by GTM Reporting & Forecasting Team to ensure consistency in reporting and analytics across the business as well as focusing you on actions to change performance outcomes. You will need to also get your hands dirty bringing new approaches into existence before institutionalising through wider revenue operating structur

Performance Partnership & Influ**
ence:Act as a trusted strategic advisor to EMEA Sales leaders, using data to drive accountability and execution on key objectives. Manage them these stakeholders through the prioritisation and approach needed to achieve outc
omes. Align performance measurement, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health to revenue goals, proactively identifying risks and opportuni
ties. Influence Sales leaders to take action on insights, ensuring data is not just reported but operationalized for gr
owth. Data-Driven Decision-Ma
king:Use reporting structures from the GTM Reporting & Forecasting Team, as well as pillar run data sets, to provide actionable insights on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, lead quality, campaign ROI, and other critical performance met
rics. Ensure teams adhere to standardized data definitions and frameworks to maintain consistency across GTM analy
tics. Collaborate with Deal Operations, GTM Reporting and Forecasting, Technology, Enablement, Finance and HR to ensure efficient and coherent prioritisation. The interaction with the enablement team is
key. Forecasting & Goal Set
ting:Work with Sales to develop and refine forecasts, ensuring alignment between pipeline generation and book
ings. Drive improvements in forecast accuracy by analysing leading indicators and trends, ensuring teams proactively address
gaps. Support quarterly and annual planning by translating data insights into headcount planning, resource allocation, and strategic investment decis
ions. Operational Excellence & Process Optimiza
tion:Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales funnel, lead conversion, and customer acquisition proce
sses. Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing Operations to enhance campaign effectiveness, sales productivity, and pipeline acceleration strate
gies. Ensure Marketing and Sales work in sync, optimizing lead handoff processes and aligning attribution methodolo

Required Qualifications and Expe**
rience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related
field. 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a strong focus on performance analysis and forec
asting. Deep understanding of Saa
S GTM metrics, including bookings, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, churn, and marketing attri
bution. Strong experience leveraging structured data from centralized analytics/reporting teams to drive business dec
isions. Proven ability to work
- functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to influence strategic prio
rities. Proficiency in Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and Excel for data analysis and rep
orting. Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for executive stake
holders
