The Role

This internal role reports to the global sales operations team, primarily responsible for sales enablement for WTW España. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main contact for CRM system inquiries and support, including colleague training
• Supporting global sales processes: account planning, client satisfaction surveys, and tracking revenue at risk
• Providing data analysis related to client and market segmentation, setting priorities, and identifying targets
• Collaborating with analytics to produce sales pipeline reports from CRM data
• Coordinating sales campaigns with marketing and sales teams
• Supporting Lead Relationship Managers with sales enablement
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to support sales activities
