Here at Aceve we are growing fast, and now have an exciting opening available for an addition to our Sales Operations team who wants to be part of our exciting growth and transformation journey Growing quickly, both organically, and through continuous acquisitions, you will be an instrumental member of our team, driving commercial excellence within the organization, ensuring that all are following our internal processes, best practices, leveraging all available tools at their disposal, and continuously supporting, and driving our sales team forward
What will you do?
- Sales planning & governance: Coordinate forecasting, planning, pipeline management, performance reviews, and budgeting. Proactively maintain quality, accuracy, process consistency, and data/process hygiene. Coordinate planning with other functions.
- Process excellence: Identify sales process improvements and lead ongoing improvement workstreams. Partner with sales management to inspect process quality, prioritize fixes, and address bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- M&A integrations: Lead acquisition integration projects, including migrations into corporate systems and processes.
- Market design & coverage: Build and maintain the Total Addressable Market (TAM) aligned to current strategy. Support equitable territory assignment and ensure objectives are assigned and completed on time.
- Tools & reporting: Provide operational support to maintain and develop the tech stack for Field Sales and Business Development. Monitor accurate, efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence;
recommend report revisions and help develop new reporting tools. - Enablement & GTM alignment: Coordinate onboarding and refresher training for sales, sales management, and sales support to drive tool adoption. Work with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance, etc. , across all markets to ensure efficient

- market operations. - Governance & relationships: Document sales policies and procedures. Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives. Build peer support and strong internal relationships with key management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Location & Work Authorization: Already based in the EU with a valid EU/Schengen work permit.
- Project & Collaboration: Strong project management, leading process improvements. Outstanding collaboration with multiple stakeholders across business lines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills;
strong interpersonal skills. Able to explain technical topics in plain language and clearly articulate vision and direction. - Technical: Experience with database collection/structure. Advanced Excel and financial modeling. CRM and BI expertise—ideally Salesforce and Power
BI. - Results & Customer: Excellent work ethic with a record of
- time delivery. Ability to drive high customer satisfaction. - Personal Qualities: Self-starter who can balance priorities in a
