Role Overview:
As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will communicate effectively with a strategic mindset, supporting sales leadership to ensure efficient operation of the Sales organization. You will act as a liaison between the Sales channel and the Chief of Staff function, aiding channel leaders in
- making, prioritization, and alignment with Colt's sales strategies. Your analytical skills will support critical conversations and projects based on
- driven insights. Collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization, including VP, Business Ops Director, Regional Sales Directors, Finance, Marketing, HR Business Partner, and Sales Enablement colleagues, is essential. You will also support the Enterprise Sales channel virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support
- making through
- driven analytics and intelligence. - Create actionable insights for Sales Leadership.
- Oversee sales targeting processes and quota allocation to ensure fairness and effectiveness.
- Monitor sales KPIs, working with leadership to improve trends.
- Maintain discipline around Sales governance and Colt’s Go-to-Market policies.
- Assist in sales forecasting in collaboration with Sales Leadership.
- Contribute to the development and administration of Sales incentives and compensation programs.
- Coordinate sales campaigns, events, and incentives as needed.
- Manage planning activities with external stakeholders related to sales initiatives.
- Support sales incentive compensation administration, including policy clarification.
- Build strong internal relationships across departments.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Compliance with Go-To-Market strategies
- Sales bookings performance
- Accuracy of sales targeting and its correlation with business results
- Quality of sales analytics and forecasting
- Budget performance of operations
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Sales Operations or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and
- building abilities. - Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Fluency in English.
