What you bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in asoftware/Saa
S company. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management and Marketing, or other relevant areas for the role.
- Proventrack recordworking with
ACV-based sales modelsand
- cycle enterprise deals. - Expert user of
Salesforce CRM(Sales Cloud). - Strong understanding of contract administration and purchase order processes.
- Analytical mindset withproficiencyin Microsoft Office; ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicationskills in English (written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus.

What you will do
Core Sales Operations
- Manage andmaintain
Salesforce CRM data integrity, including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting. - Support sales leaders with performance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive informed
- making. - Partner with Finance to ensureaccuraterevenue tracking, invoicing, and deal bookings.
- Optimizesales processes to improve efficiency and compliance across the sales cycle.
Engagement Platform–Specific Operational Controls
- Consumption Analysis:Conduct thorough usage analysis for each Engagement Platform client to ensureaccuratebillingfor all
- based services. - Purchase Order Oversight:Implement and manage controls for the generation and administration of purchase orders, ensuring they are issued ina timelyand compliant manner.
- Contract Administration:Oversee contract lifecycles for Engagement Platform customers, ensuring all active clients have a signed agreement, and proactively manage renewals or amendments.
- Contract Validation:Develop and enforce a comprehensive checklist forvalidatingall new contracts and renewals, including pricing, service levels, and contractual terms.
- Contract Transfer:Manage the migration of existing contracts to
Core
Media Portugal, and where no contract exists, ensure execution of Core
Media’s terms and conditions.
