We’re looking for an experienced and driven Sales Operations Manager for Bolt Business in Lisbon. You’ll be responsible for building the organisation in Expansion and African markets, devising the strategy, and managing the execution of initiatives to support and improve the business.

About the role: As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll support our sales teams across 10+ countries by improving processes, implementing tools, and driving initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Bolt Business Director to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects and align teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to meet goals. Your responsibilities include leading sales cadence, managing reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting, and KPI tracking. This role suits someone who thrives in

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to align on pipeline goals and strategies.
- Drive weekly and monthly sales cadence (forecasts,
- ups, KPI reviews) with timely, accurate information flow. - Prepare and manage quarterly business reviews, sales reporting, and dashboards for leadership.
- Optimize sales processes through training, tools, and strategic projects.
- Support CRM integrity (e. g. , Salesforce) and pipeline quality through analysis and recommendations.
- Build scalable lead sourcing processes to reduce prospecting time.
- Work with sales leaders to identify and address inefficiencies.
- Own and deliver
- impact ad hoc projects as needed.
About you:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, with 3+ years in a regional leadership role.
- Experience in a

- up is a plus. - Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and optimization/reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Effective communication in English, networking, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Data-driven mindset and CRM expertise (preferably Salesforce).
