Sales Operations Manager
Welcome to Infraspeak.
Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system — enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.
We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures
-
- end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.
Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 30+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started.
- We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.
- We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers.
- We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.
Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.
We are looking for the strategic
- hand to our Sales Leadership. This isn't a 'support ticket' role; we need an architect of efficiency. You will own the sales engine, from optimizing complex Hub
Spot workflows and managing our CPQ (Deal
Hub) to ensuring sales compensation is accurate and transparent.
You won't just report numbers; you will analyze performance to tell us why we are winning or losing and build the systems that help our sales team break new records. If you love data, process, and empowering sales teams, this is your seat ? ?
What will youdo?
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle (e. g. , "Why is the proposal stage taking so long? ") and implement automation or process changes to improve velocity.
- Manage and optimize the
-
- end operations of the sales department. You will be a strategic partner, ensuring
- free processes from prospecting to
- won. - Produce the Monthly Sales Digest and other critical dashboards. You won't just report numbers; you will analyze efficiency, flag underperforming teams/reps, and proactively suggest
- backed solutions to leadership. - Leverage your deep understanding of our tech stack (identified below) to ensure accurate data capture, pipeline hygiene, and reliable forecasting. You will be responsible for regular data housekeeping to ensure our reporting is bulletproof.
- Maintain and optimize our sales stack, ensuring our teams are getting the most out of all solutions as suggesting new.
- CPQ & Approval Management: Manage our Deal
Hub ecosystem. You will be the first line of defense in reviewing and approving quotes, ensuring they comply with company policies and pricing rules before they reach the customer. - Manage the operational side of sales compensation, ensuring that commissions are calculated accurately and transparently based on CRM data.
What do we expect from you?
- Proven Experience: 2-3 years minimum experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, specifically within a B2B Saa
S environment. You have done this before. - Hub
Spot Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Hub
Spot. You understand the difference between a Lifecycle Stage and a Deal Stage, and you know how to build complex workflows without breaking the database. - "Gatekeeper" Mindset: Experience with CPQ tools (Deal
Hub preferred) or managing quote approvals. You are comfortable enforcing rules, saying "no" when necessary, and maintaining pricing integrity. - Strong analytical skills: You are comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivots) to calculate commissions or clean database records.
- Problem Solver: You don't just spot errors; you fix the root cause. You have a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that save the team time.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for VPs and Directors.
- Tool Familiarity: Experience with prospecting tools (Cognism, Lusha) and Intent data (6sense) is a strong plus.
What do we offer?
- Flexible working hours and a
- friendly culture. - Competitive salary and perks.
- Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.
- A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus).
- A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them.
- Regular events to promote knowledge sharingandteam engagement.
