Scope:
VPP TSP plan participants within the Fsas Technologies / EPB Business Sales Units in UK, Finland, Estland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain and Poland
Own and orchestrate all regular achievement and payment related reviews with Finance, HR, and Sales Management
Regular cadence calendar to be documented and committed with all stakeholders, including relevant approvals
Tools and payout overviews are to be harmonized and consistently used across all covered countries
Implement CMT change requests together with the wider Sales Planning and Performance Team (SPP). This requires an understanding on the sources and requirements in CMT
Be on top of HR changes> regularly engage with HR and Sales Management to adopt HR changes by driving the required changes in our AMT & CMT systems (i. e. OTB changes, role changes, new hires, leavers)
Quarterly achievement and payout overviews will have to be provided to HR, payroll and individual Sales in defined time windows using standard templates
Provide 1st level commission support for local sales teams
Planning: Support the EMEA SPP head by driving the annual planning process within the assigned countries. This includes but is not limited to:
Help driving the planning cadence – alert in case of challenges
Understanding and documenting the sales organization by country, assign VPP categories and ensure all follows the European GTM Model
Team-up with the Sales Specialist team in the phase of territory definitions and help European GTM rules are being met and tasks are completed on time
Work with local sales management in the process of target setting, review their target submissions and challenge in case of questions
Ensure necessary approvals and orchestrate the target letter submission with the extended SPP Team
Share feedback on challenges within the extended Bus
Ops team and help increasing efficiencies by implementing improvements for the sales performance process.
Your profile:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, finance, or related fields.
Technical Skills: Proficient in finance and sales tools and processes.
Project Management: Strong project management skills.
Networking: Open-minded with excellent networking abilities.
Communication: Capable of engaging with various stakeholders, including senior management.
Responsibility: Willingness to take ownership and collaborate in
- functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and convert concepts into actionable project plans.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
Work Ethic: Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, fluency in Portuguese and understanding of Spanish.
