Summary: Envipco Portugal is seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Hunter to join our team in Portugal. With our solutions we support the Deposit Return System in Portugal that will be launched in early 2026. The successful candidate will play a vital role in actively seeking leads, build relationships, and close deals, always with a strong focus on achieving sales targets. With this you have an important contribution to a more circular economy in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Building new business in Portugal within different retail segments.
- Identify potential customers, making sales pitches, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company growth and market expansion.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- This role works in close cooperation with and reports into the Business Development Manager Portugal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, preferably in retail and/or equipment and service
- Able to develop a value proposition for customers, based on their specific needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a
- driven approach - You have a strong drive to get things done, based on a clear plan
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in Portuguese and English language
- Valid Driving license
