Responsibilities

• Approach existing customers to ensure a high service level and customer retention
• Establish business relationships with Team
  Viewer customers via telephone and
  - mail
• Discover cross and
  - sell opportunities with the existing customer base
• Follow up and negotiate with customers to prevent churn and generate pricing quotes for renewals
• Collect and analyze feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, linguistics or another relevant field. Any equivalent commercial experience is an alternative
• Experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with
  - selling and
  - selling
• Ideally experience in the IT environment with Saa
  S knowledge
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory, further languages such as Portuguese or Italian are a plus
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
