Sales Representative – Critical Care Portugal & Galicia

As Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts in the assigned territory for the Critical Care area. Your main objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets, build strong and lasting relationships with clients and position BD solutions as market leaders.

Main Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and defending market share.
• Sales & Promotion: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the Critical Care product line. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adapt the business strategy.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
• SFDC Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in Salesforce.com CRM, meeting business unit KPIs.
• Territorial Area: Portugal and Galicia.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing or healthcare (preferred).
• Proven sales experience, ideally in the medical devices and critical care sector.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• Availability to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary range for this role: €40, 000 – €50, 000 per year.

Primary Work Location: Porto – Rua Eng Ferreira Dias.
