DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
• Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
• Managed each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focused on closing sales.
• Adapting and innovating work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Czech (C2) + Proficiency in English (B2);
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure;
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail, understanding that small details can make the biggest difference;
• Proven ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision;
• Proactively utilize strong sales skills to place an order;
• Working in a dynamic environment, with customer satisfaction in mind;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Flexibility is required and will occasionally involve overtime work;
• Extraordinary teammate, thriving in an environment where camaraderie matters.

OFFER:

• Affordable accommodation in single rooms in shared apartments provided by the employer

• 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
