Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing to recruit Sales Representatives for an innovative cybersecurity client based in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a

Your Role

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers, ensuring
  - term relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong client connections through outbound calls and video meetings.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain
  -
  - date records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and
  - based KPIs.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and support customers with product inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and continuous process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance on cybersecurity solutions.
  
  

• Speak Danish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in technology, Saa
  S, or B2B environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a
  - centric approach.
• Ability to analyse sales data, forecast opportunities, and create action plans.
• Comfortable working in a
  - paced environment with ambitious growth targets.
• Team player with adaptability and resilience.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly (CRM experience is an advantage).
  

• Permanent contract with
  - time schedule (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00).
