What The Job Looks Like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Management of the promotional portfolio focusing on strategic execution and target achievement;
- Implementation of marketing and medical strategies in alignment with brand objectives;
- Presentation of activity and performance reports through CRM tools;
- Implementation of an omnichannel approach to engage healthcare professionals effectively;
- Analysis of the market and collection of insights to identify trends that influence regional sales growth and profitability.
To make the most of this job and truly thrive, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience working in a sales role with general practitioners and orthopedics, in the area of Porto and Braga;
- University degree in life sciences, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences;
- Fluent Portuguese (English is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
- Entrepreneurship skills;
- A strong alignment with Grünenthal’s core values;
- Familiarity working with new technologies and under Compliance guidelines.
