Cross Border Talents is seeking a dynamic and
- driven Sales Representative to join our client's team, focusing on the Czech market. In this role, you will engage in B2B outbound sales, working with a high volume of hot leads to onboard new clients. If you have strong negotiation skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients using leads provided.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and onboard new clients.
- Manage sales opportunities with persistence and a focus on results.
- Adapt and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Work towards achieving a conversion rate of 15%, with an expected 3-5 sales per day.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication (B2 and higher, spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Eligible to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit required)
Training & Onboarding
Training & Onboarding:
- A structured 10-day training program in English.
- Training includes product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer management.
- Successful completion of training leads to contract signing.
- Training compensation is provided upon successful completion.
Working Conditions
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
- Compensation package composed of base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and meal allowance (paid in a separate card, net).

Contract
