Your responsibilities Contact new and existing clients via phone, email and chat
Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue
Support clients with product adoption and ensure excellent user experience
Provide

Become an expert in advertising on the platform
Manage a portfolio of clients with responsibility for revenue growth
Deliver excellent customer service and share product knowledge
Your profile Native level of French and fluent English, minimum B2 to C1
At least two years of experience in online sales or digital marketing
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office, email systems and voicemail tools
Proactive mindset for identifying issues and opportunities
Strong attention to detail and

Working conditions Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually
30-day probation period before contract confirmation
Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm
Compensation and benefits With accommodation: 1040 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included
Without accommodation: 1240 € gross per month
Approximate tax rate between 20 and 25 percent
Compensation during training: 50% of hourly wage during a 15-day training period with reduced tax rate
