Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated German-speaking Sales Representative to join the team of a leading global retail company. In this role, you will engage with customers to identify their needs, promote products, and ensure excellent service through effective communication and relationship management.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Saturday: 07:00-21:00 (rotational shifts)

- Sunday: 09:00-21:00 (rotational shifts 1 to 2 weekends per month, except in exceptional cases)

- Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and English.

- Promote and sell products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify sales opportunities and upsell or
- sell where appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Work collaboratively with team members in a dynamic,
- paced environment.

Requirements

- Fluent in German and proficient in English (both written and spoken).

- Proven experience in sales or a strong
- oriented mindset (mandatory).

- Previous experience in contact center or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet performance goals.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: competitive

- Bonus: 170€/month

- Meal allowance: 7. 23/day

- Transport allowance: 20€/month

- Health insurance: available from day 1

- Position bonus (Braga): 20€ per 12 months

- Remote work flexibility with all equipment provided
