What The Job Looks Like

• Management of the promotional portfolio focusing on strategic execution and target achievement
• Development of strategic relationships with hospital stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, and
  - makers
• Implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers
• Identification of hospital procurement processes to inform on business opportunities and negotiate agreements to ensure
  - term partnerships
• Implementation of marketing and medical strategies in alignment with brand objectives
• Presentation of activity and performance reports through CRM tools
• Implementation of an omnichannel approach to engage healthcare professionals effectively
• Analysis of the market and collection of insights to identify trends that influence regional sales growth and profitability

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 2+ years of professional experience in hospital sales, in the South of Portugal
• Strong knowledge of hospital procurement processes and
  - making structures
• University degree in life sciences, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Fluent Portuguese (English is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Entrepreneurship skills
• A strong alignment with Grünenthal’s core values
• Familiarity working with new technologies and under Compliance guidelines
