ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Global Head of Io
T Sales, this role will focus on developing Io
T business through a variety of customer types across their assigned region. The Inside Sales Representative – Io
T is instrumental in achieving new logo acquisition and existing customer management. Leveraging your experience in and knowledge of the mobile network operator (MNO), mobile virtual netowrk operator (MVNO), wireless technology, and wireless hardware ecosystem to establish and grow the i
Basis brand and share of the enterprise, reseller, distributor, and agent marketspace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow existing accounts.
- Achieving sales targets established by management by managing a portfolio of customers and successfully acquiring new customers. It is critical to balance your time between managing/growing existing customers while simultaneously developing and closing a pipeline of new prospects/customers.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with assigned customers, professionally managing customer requirements and identifying needs.
- Regular tracking and reporting on KPI’s for assigned customer base.
- Regular and timely reporting to direct management for sales performance review.
- Research, strategically target, and develop relationships with new potential customers.
- Providing regular updates of your customers’ and the market requirements for business planning and product development. Proactively stimulating collaboration internally and
- functionally. - Actively work with CRM to manage your opportunities towards meeting objectives and to provide transparent and consistent updates to management regarding progress.

YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in international telecom sales and key account management, preferably in Io
T connectivity. - Experience with mobile networks, wireless devices and technologies, and related hardware is preferred.
- Self-drive and a motivation to succeed are as important as teamwork and transparency.
- Strong creative thinking and
- solving skills. - Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English, second language preferred.
