We have an exciting and challenging role within our team as a Sales Representative based in Porto.
Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and developing sales in strategic accounts across Porto Sales Territories and working on CORE projects in the region. You will support territory managers in servicing their customers and accounts.
What To Expect
- Provide in theatre support to consultants and nursing staff regarding the use of products
- Provide accurate information regarding all products and their indications (i. e. , surgical techniques) to orthopaedic consultants and nursing staff
- Ensure
- class service and seamless supply to customers, including training, stock checks, timely deliveries, and supporting theatre operations - Assist in promoting/correct use of J&J Ortho products through customer education and training
- Develop business opportunities across the portfolio in Key Focus Accounts and assist in their conversion
- Support J&J Medical Education Events
- Achieve business goals aligned with CREDO Values
- Promote portfolio and services to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Theatre Staff
- Maintain and grow the business as per the individual business plan and Key Opinion Leader targets
- Build and develop relationships with clinical stakeholders
- Develop a portfolio of Key Opinion Leaders
- Support regional surgical cases as required
- Develop and execute CORE projects in the region

Essential Requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in orthopaedics/sports medicine
- Knowledge of theatre environment and the public/private health sector
- Relevant experience in health sciences, anatomy, or arthroscopy
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, MKT, or Key Account Management
- 5-6 years of sales experience in healthcare preferred
- Surgical procedure knowledge is preferred
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask
