We have an exciting and challenging role within our team as a Sales Representative based in Porto .
Purpose of the roleYou will be responsible for maintaining an existing customer base and developing sales in strategic accounts across Porto Sales Territories and working on CORE projects in the region. You will support territory managers in servicing their customers and accounts.
What to expect:- You will provide
- theatre support to consultants and nursing staff regarding product use. - Provide accurate information on all products and their indications, including surgical techniques, to orthopaedic consultants and nursing staff.
- Offer
- class service and seamless supply to customers, including training, stock checks, and timely deliveries. - Support theatre teams to ensure successful operations.
- Assist in promoting J&J Ortho products through organized customer education and training sessions.
- Develop business opportunities within key focus accounts and assist in converting these opportunities.
- Support J&J Medical Education Events.
- Achieve business goals aligned with CREDO Values.
- Promote the use of our portfolio and services to orthopaedic surgeons and theatre staff.
- Maintain and grow the business according to the individual business plan and Key Opinion Leader targets.
- Build and develop relationships with clinical stakeholders.
- Develop a portfolio of Key Opinion Leaders across the product range.
- Cover surgical cases as needed to support regional colleagues.
- Develop and execute CORE projects regionally.

Essential Requirements Who are we looking for?- Experience in orthopaedics or sports medicine.
- Knowledge of theatre environments and the public/private health sectors.
- Relevant experience in health sciences, anatomy, or arthroscopy.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Key Account Management.
- 5-6 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Surgical procedure knowledge to illustrate product benefits is preferred.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask independently.
