You will be based in our office in Portugal - Palmela and report to the Sales Manager - Infrastructure Portugal as part of a truly global sales team.

You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and
- lasting relationships with existing and new customers. You will work in an environment where all voices are respected.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with specifications, quotations, and product advice including advanced technical knowledge.
• Own commercial and growth responsibilities for customers by generating and converting sales leads through persuasive selling and in accordance with sales targets.
• Maintain a strong compliance focus in all financial transactions.
• Use all given company tools to provide excellent quality of service to the customer.
• Identify and communicate sales leads and opportunities in CRM.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in sales.
• Experience in sales within the coatings, infrastructure, or construction materials industries is preferred, but diverse and strong sales backgrounds and transferable skills are welcome.
• Great communication and presentation skills; problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working with Excel and the Microsoft Office package; experience with D365 is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese.
