Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Representative located in Lisbon, Portugal. The Sales Representative will focus on acquiring new customers, demonstrating Sócia’s value proposition to real estate professionals, and converting waitlist leads into paying subscribers. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating subscription agreements, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. You’ll work directly with real estate agents and agencies to help them understand how Sócia can transform their business operations and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Saa
S sales or technology sales, preferably in the real estate or proptech sector - Strong understanding of subscription‑based business models and customer acquisition strategies
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non‑technical audiences
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Familiarity with the Portuguese real estate market and agent pain points is highly valued
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with product and marketing teams
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
