CANDIDATE

The professional to be recruited will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers, acting as a trusted advisor across client organizations;



  • Assess customerneeds and develop tailored,
    - added solutions in collaboration with engineering and internal stakeholders;



  • Support the design, communication, and implementation of Smart Building solutions and services;



  • Lead and drive partner sales within the SI Building sector in Portugal;



  • Act as the sales expert in SACE, ensuring
    - quality sales support and partner enablement;



  • Develop strategies to increase market share and expand strategic partnerships;



  • Collaborate with
    - functional teams to deliver optimal client solutions;



  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales processes.

PROFILE

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent;



  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in related fields (BMS/SACE/HVAC);



  • Experience in Account Management or New Business Development as well as Smart Infrastructures Buildings technologies;



  • Fluency in English (mandatory);



  • Work experiencefrom an international, multicultural environment.
