Sales Representative

Overview:
As part of our international expansion, Cimbali Group is looking for a dynamic and
- driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence in Portugal. This role plays a critical part in our global sales strategy, working closely with internal and external stakeholders including the Global Key Account Team, Area Managers, Distributors, Service Teams, and the Business Units for Traditional and Fully Automatic Machines. The ideal candidate will also engage with Buying Centres of Key Accounts, both regional and global.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with global and regional Key Accounts within Portugal.
- Lead the development of new strategic accounts across the country.
- Support national Key Accounts in collaboration with Area Managers and Distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities beyond the traditional coffee and QSR channels, targeting segments such as hotel groups, corporate catering, airport operators, and more.
- Grow and manage the customer pipeline in alignment with the Group’s sales process.
- Ensure alignment between local customer expectations and Group HQ to support
- term account growth. - Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals and tailored offers.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting through weekly records and sales updates.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a leading company within the F&B equipment industry (preferred) or related B2B environments.
- Strong background in Key Account Management at national or regional level.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring, developing, and maintaining
- term relationships with global or regional Key Accounts. - Existing network and contacts with Key Account headquarters in the region are highly valued.
- Solid understanding of complex sales cycles and the Buying Centre
- making model. - Excellent time management, autonomy, and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and
- cultural communication skills. - Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
Work Location:
The role is based in Lisbon, with national mobility required to engage with customers and stakeholders across Portugal.
