Role description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of demonstrated,
- on experience in a
- driven sales environment, with a relentless focus on hunting new business and closing deals. This role is for a true sales professional who thrives on the challenge of a
- paced,
- stakes environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Systematically identify, target, and acquire new
- value clients through strategic cold calling, networking, and direct outreach. Build your own pipeline from the ground up, focusing on penetrating new markets and securing
- impact accounts. - Full-Cycle Deal Management: Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and final close. Qualify prospects, conduct needs assessments, craft compelling value propositions, and overcome objections to drive deals to completion.
- High-Impact Presentations & Demos: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition and address customer pain points. Tailor your message to a diverse audience of
- makers. - Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and product development.
- CRM & Reporting Discipline: Maintain an organized and

- date sales pipeline in our CRM system.
