Sales Specialist
Role Description
This is a
- time
- site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lisboa. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales process from start to finish, conducting product demonstrations, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other team members to meet sales targets. The Sales Specialist will also participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a
- centric approach - Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in Sales Management and leading sales teams
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions to enhance sales abilities
- Excellent
- solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
